Head of Investor Relations

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement investor relations strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Directly engage with potential investors, ensuring a professional and personalized experience.
Ensure consistency in advisory materials, onboarding documentation, and investor/partner reports.
Manage all IR activities, including financial reporting, investor conferences, roadshows, and high-level networking events.
Collaborate with the Executive Board, Legal, Marketing, and Portfolio Management teams to ensure accurate, transparent, and timely communication with investors.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on business performance, strategy, and outlook to investors.
Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and address investor expectations.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations, disclosure standards, and internal governance policies.
Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors on investor communication and engagement.
Comply with VCAM’s ethical standards, transparency requirements, and compliance policies, with particular emphasis on governance and avoiding conflicts of interest.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
7–10 years of experience in finance, investment, or investor relations.
Proven experience in engaging and managing relationships with institutional investors or strategic partners.
Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Strong knowledge of capital markets, investment fund products, and disclosure regulations.

Fluent in Vietnamese and English; CFA or equivalent certification is a plus.
